The data available on this site are the microarray experiments for human and mouse hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and progenitors performed on the Affymetrix HG-133 set and MOE430 set platforms, respectively.. The data were generated in the Lemischka's Lab as part of the SCGAP consortium: HSC-Princeton GAP. The human samples included HSCs and lineage-commited progenitors (LCPs) from umbilical cord blood and adult bone marrow. The mouse samples included long-term (LT) HSCs, short-term (ST) HSCs, and mature blood cells (MBCs) from adult bone marrow. Biological replicates are available for all of the samples.
