This project is one component of the Stem Cell Genome Anatomy Projects (SCGAP) supported by the National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Disease (NIDDK). The focus of the project is on the elucidation of the mechanisms that regulate the establishment of the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell hierarchy in the human system. Our interdisciplinary team consists of six individual laboratories as depicted in the flow chart. The arrows indicate the data and information exchange in between different laboratories.
