BlastView_inferred: Computes a multiple alignment based on pairwise BLAST alignments.


A subcomponent of the BlastView_align composite bean. It implements the first alignment method provided by BlastView, an "inferred" multiple alignment computed solely using the pairwise alignments reported by BLAST. The MultiAlignWidgetFrame is used to display the alignment and if the user decides to follow up with a full ClustalW alignment, it notifies the SequenceListExporter to output the list of sequences for this purpose.
