BlastView_views: Manages the main BlastView display.


BlastView_views contains the two primary "views" of BlastView: the Map Widget-based display of the query sequence and database hits visible in the upper-left corner of the application, and the text-based list of subject (i.e. database) sequences reported by BLAST. Data from the application is provided by a NewAnnotation input, and any selections made by the user are exported in the form of a SelectRequest message.
