This directory contains datasets for human and mouse DoTS Genes
based on genomic alignment of DoTS consensii.

The GFF file hum_dots_gene_gp_6-2002.1.gff is for human DoTS Genes
based on DoTS release 5.0 and GoldenPath June 2002 genomic sequence.

The GFF file mus_dots_gene_gp_2-2002.1.gff is for mouse DoTS Genes
based on DoTS release 5.0 and GoldenPath February 2002 genomic sequence.

There are two corresponding files with .ucscgff suffix. They are
the GFF files prepended with UCSC Genome Browser specific header lines.

There is also a directory per_chr_gff which contains the same GFF
datasets broke down to one GFF file per chromosome. The directory
per_chr_ucscgff contain per chromosome files with UCSC Genome Browser
specific header lines.
