     humDoTS_rel6_predictedProteins.fasta.gz
       The consensus sequence of each putative transcript.

     humDoTS_rel6_accessionsPerAssembly.dat.gz
       The Genbank accessions of ESTs and mRNAs which were assembled to
       form the consensus sequence of each putative transcript.

     humDoTS_rel6_bestNRDBHits.dat.gz
       The best hit in NRDB for each consensus sequence.

     humDoTS_rel6_DTperDG.dat.gz
       The assembled transcripts belonging to each gene.

     humDoTS_rel6_predictedProteins.fasta.gz
       The sequence of predicted translations for each consensus sequence.

     humDoTS_rel6_mRNAaccessionsPerAssembly.dat.gz
       The Genbank accessions of mRNAs which were assembled, together with ESTs, 
       to form the consensus sequence of each putative transcript.
