       The Genbank accessions of ESTs and mRNAs which were assembled to
       form the consensus sequence of each putative transcript.

       The best hit in NRDB for each consensus sequence.

    musDoTS_rel8_DTperDG.dat.gz
       The assembled transcripts belonging to each gene.

    musDoTS_rel8_predictedProteins.fasta.gz
       The sequence of predicted translations for each consensus sequence.

    musDoTS_rel8_predictedProteinsDetails.gz
       A tab delimited report for all the predicted proteins. 

    musDoTS_rel8_mRNAaccessionsPerAssembly.dat.gz
       The Genbank accessions of mRNAs which were assembled, together 
       with ESTs, to form the consensus sequence of each putative transcript.

       A tab delimited report for all manually reviewed DoTS Transcripts.
