Summary: this is the first release of WSF as a separate project as part of WDK release (1.11).
         It is factored from the (Web)Service component of prior WDK releases. It provides
         a generic plugin API to facilitate Webservice based WDK process queries.
         See WSFToy project for an example plugin that demonstrates the uses of this framework.
